Flo the floatie duck is a teether, bath toy and sensory toy for baby.

These toys are all made of one piece and without holes, thus preventing water from entering inside and the creation of bacteria.

Oli&Carol teething toys help relieve discomfort in gums and teething. They are also perfect for introducing good eating habits to little ones.

Natural rubber is extracted from the Hevea tree and contains no phthalates, BPA or PVC, making it safer than plastic.

Plastic remains on our planet forever, while rubber is biodegradable. And no chemicals are used, so this process is non-toxic.

The process of making each toy is individual with expert craftsmen, which differentiates it from the mass production of plastic toys.

MEASURES

CARE

Clean the toy with soapy water and a damp cloth.
DO NOT STERILIZE.
Keep the toy in a dry place. Like any other natural product, if left in a damp place for long periods of time it can become moldy.
Do not leave the toy in direct sunlight or any artificial light for long periods of time, as the color may fade.

RETURNS

All products EXCEPT PERSONALIZED* purchased at Kidsme can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. To accept a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was delivered. With its original packaging.

* Personalized products can only be returned if they arrive damaged or if it is our personalization error. In this case, it will be replaced by another equal product.

To proceed with the return of an item, the following steps must be followed:

1) Inform the return intention within 14 days of receiving the product to the following email: hola@kidsme.es .

2) The customer will receive confirmation by email of the return of the product(s) within a maximum period of 24 hours with the address where they should be delivered.

3) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be done through a courier company or certified mail with a tracking number. Kidsme is not responsible for possible loss of packages with returns.

4) Within 24 hours of receiving the products, we will make the refund or change the size / item if necessary. In case of reimbursement, it will be made through the same payment method in which the order was paid. It may take up to 7 calendar days to become effective.

Kidsme will assume the shipping costs in the event that the product received is not the one requested or if it is damaged during shipping.
