If you want to contact Kidsme you can do so by email at hola@kidsme.es or by phone at 609 805 509. Kidsme reserves the right to modify the Conditions of Sale, as well as the Privacy Policy without prior notice. It is therefore advisable to read them each time before placing an order.

Geographical scope and availability of products.

The items offered through www.kidsme.es are available for Europe.

Although we strive to please all of our customers, all product orders are subject to availability. In this regard, if there are difficulties in supply, items are out of stock or inventory problems occur, we reserve the right to provide you with information about similar products. Obviously, if you do not wish to order these substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

Orders and cancellations

Orders

We have tried to make placing an order through www.kidsme.es intuitive and easy. However, if at any time you have any questions, you can contact us at 609 805 509 or by email at hola@kidsme.es . Remember that placing an order at www.kidsme.es is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the conditions of sale, so if you have any questions, it is worth clarifying them before finalizing your order.

Important: An order will not be fully valid until the payment associated with it has been received and for the exact amount agreed. In the case of payments by bank transfer, the recipient of the payment must exactly match the one indicated on www.kidsme.es.

Cancellations

Your order begins to be processed from the moment you confirm the purchase.

However, your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been delivered for delivery. This usually happens every day at 1pm, although it can vary.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone at 609 805 509 as soon as possible.

Prices

Prices on www.kidsme.es always include applicable taxes depending on the type of product (21% for general products and 4% for books).

On the other hand, shipping costs are not part of the product prices and are added later once the purchase process has started, but always before it is finalized. As a customer, you will always have a summary of the amounts that will be applied before making the payment, and this summary will differentiate between product prices and shipping costs (always with taxes included).

Kidsme is committed to delivering orders in perfect condition to the address you have provided us. Please note that we do not accept delivery to PO boxes.

Deliveries are usually made

- within 48 or 72 business hours for the Peninsula.

- within 4/5 business days for the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

The accounting period is in Spanish business days from the receipt of the order and payment in our system, and as long as said order contains all the necessary information to be able to process it.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or on local or national holidays.

Occasionally, we may have some items on www.kidsme.es that, due to their characteristics, have longer than usual delivery times. If this is the case, these items will have their specific delivery time specified on the product sheet.

Delivery is made via well-known courier services. If you request it, Kidsme will provide you with the details of your shipment (such as the tracking number, for example), the agency through which it will arrive and the telephone number of the courier company.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in product prices.

Shipping costs are as follows:

- Flat rate of €4.95 (VAT included) for the entire peninsular territory, including Portugal

- Flat rate of €6.95 (VAT included) for the Balearic Islands.

Free transportation.

If an order exceeds €60 (VAT included), shipping costs will be FREE.

In addition, Kidsme reserves the right to run promotions on shipping costs.

Returns

All products except personalized ones * purchased from KIDSME may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

In order for us to accept a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. With its original packaging.

KIDSME will assume the shipping costs if the product received is not the one requested or if it is damaged during shipping.

To proceed with the return of an item, the following steps must be followed:

1) Please inform us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving it by email to hola@kidsme.es .

2) Confirmation of the return of the product(s) will be received by email within a maximum period of 24 hours with the address where to send them.

3) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be done by courier or certified mail with a tracking number. KIDSME is not responsible for any possible loss of packages with returns.

4) Within 24 hours of receiving the products, we will issue a refund or exchange the size/item if necessary. In the event of a refund, it will be made using the same payment method used to pay for the order. It may take up to 7 calendar days to become effective.

* Customized products can only be returned if they arrive damaged or it is a customization error on our part. In this case, they will be replaced with another identical product.

 

Promotions and discount coupons

Promotions, special prices or offers published on www.kidsme.es are valid while stocks last.

Kidsme reserves the right to change product prices and special offers without prior notice.

Occasionally Kidsme releases promotional codes (discount coupons) for the benefit of its users and to promote its website. Some of these codes require the user to register as a user of www.kidsme.es

Kidsme cannot be held responsible for promotional codes published on websites or in print media other than Kidsme.

Discount coupons are not a means of payment and are therefore not subject to the same conditions as other means of payment. Therefore, they cannot be exchanged for money or used partially and may be subject to a series of restrictions such as: number of times they can be used, person who can use them, specific validity date, minimum order and brands or groups of products for which they can be used.

Payment Methods

There are 2 forms of payment accepted at www.kidsme.es :

• Credit card through the secure Stripe platform: no cost to the buyer. Confidential data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution that mediates the payment. Credit card data is never recorded on our website. 3D security is used.
• Paypal: PayPal payments are made directly on the PayPal website, following the terms of use established by PayPal.

Discount coupons are not considered payment methods, they are only discounts applicable to the stipulated prices.
