The BTBOX BEBES Sirena cream learning float vest is very pleasant to the touch and has seams that do not bother or damage the child's skin.

Extra-strong wide SBS zipper with safety velcro and protected at the top to prevent chafing on the neck and chin.

Inside it has 8 compartments, each with 3 pieces that provide buoyancy around the torso and that can be removed as the child gains more confidence and ease in the water.

The vest has a strap with a safety closure to be placed between the legs so that the vest does not come off over the head if the person dives into the water vertically or is simply floating in the water. This strap is protected with neoprene to prevent chafing between the legs.

Protects from the sun's rays thanks to its UPF 50+ protection factor.

CARE

RETURNS

All products EXCEPT PERSONALIZED* purchased at Kidsme can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. To accept a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was delivered. With its original packaging.

* Personalized products can only be returned if they arrive damaged or if it is our personalization error. In this case, it will be replaced by another equal product.

To proceed with the return of an item, the following steps must be followed:

1) Inform the return intention within 14 days of receiving the product to the following email: hola@kidsme.es .

2) The customer will receive confirmation by email of the return of the product(s) within a maximum period of 24 hours with the address where they should be delivered.

3) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be done through a courier company or certified mail with a tracking number. Kidsme is not responsible for possible loss of packages with returns.

4) Within 24 hours of receiving the products, we will make the refund or change the size / item if necessary. In case of reimbursement, it will be made through the same payment method in which the order was paid. It may take up to 7 calendar days to become effective.

Kidsme will assume the shipping costs in the event that the product received is not the one requested or if it is damaged during shipping.
